Every attempt has been made to give a complete and accurate description of each item offered for sale. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will gladly be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the item(s) either via Convo or by telephone at (603) 888-7464 to arrange a return.
Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped within 3 days of receipt. They must be returned packaged as received in the original packing materials (not exterior mailing materials). You are responsible for return shipping and insurance.
Antiquing On Line cannot accept returns of jewelry damaged after your receipt due to breakage, distortion, loss of stones or other parts, or by application of testing acids or attempts to clean the item(s) using improper methods. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been worn other than to try them on. Returns cannot be accepted for items that have been altered in any way. This includes resizing of rings. If you do need a piece altered, we suggest that it first meets your approval prior to any alterations. Partial returns of matching sets or combinations are not acceptable.
If the item is returned in its original condition, you will receive a refund for the cost of the item. Outgoing postage and return postage are not refunded.
European Union buyers have 14 days to notify me of an impending return of their item. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Should an item be damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will help you file a claim with the insurance company. Unfortunately, due to the increased incidence of mailbox theft, if items are shown as delivered by the post office, we are not held liable for the package. If you feel that your mailbox is not secure, we will be glad to send your package with signature confirmation.
I ship Globally. Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Within the U.S. First Class Mail is used.

PLEASE NOTE:*** Depending on the country you reside in there will be import duties, VATs or other charges due once your order arrives at its destination. All customs fees, taxes, tariff charges, and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the selling price nor the shipping fee.
Items can be shipped with a variety of options depending on the country of destination and the item(s) ordered. Rates and customs regulations vary from country to country, so please contact me for information before placing your order.
Typographical Errors:
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, Antiquing On Line shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Antiquing On Line shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Antiquing On Line shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge.
