On this day in 1998, the Spice Girls gathered for the Los Angeles premiere of their major motion picture Spice World. They look great, don’t they?
In case, like me, you have forgotten almost every detail of the movie Spice World, it follows the group as they deal with the pressure placed on them from an upcoming major concert. At one point they take a pregnant pal out clubbing and she goes into labor? At least that’s what Wikipedia tells me. Also, Posh Spice jumps their Union Jack tour bus over a landmark drawbridge.
Fun fact: Attendees at the London premiere included Princes Charles, William (then 15), and Harry (13).
