Happy Anniversary Tag

Happy Anniversary Tag
Step 1

Hi everyone! It's Jan Hobbins here on the blog today. I'm sharing with you this Happy Anniversary tag. My parent's anniversary is coming up and I usually give them flowers, so I thought I'd attach this tag with some ribbon to the bouquet.

Step 3

Instructions:

Step 1. Cut out one Label, antique Handle, and Tag from thin chipboard and one each from paper or Metal Foil

Step 2. Adhere the paper and foil to the handle and label, then emboss.

Step 3. For the foiled Handle, apply the paint, starting with black, one colour at a time, removing the excess so the color just remains in the grooves. Dry each colour before applying the next one.

Step 4. Lightly ink the raised portion of the label, and the edges. Apply the clear embossing ink on the raised parts and emboss with powder.

Step 5. Apply Rub-on to the label.

Step 6. Adhere the paper to the chipboard tag die-cut.

Step 7. Adhere the Label die-cut to the bottom of the tag with adhesive.

Step 8. Attach the Antique Handle to the top of the tag with two medium brads.

Step 9. Die-cut the flowers and leaves from various patterned papers. Ink and assemble, adhere to the tag. Some of the flowers, fine leaves were fussy cut from my patterned paper.

Step 10. Add in any stickers you have chosen and rhinestones.

Step 11. Attach your ribbon to the Antique Handle.
