Refunds must be within 14 days of receipt, buyer pays return shipping cost.

All our items are properly or accurately described to the best of our knowledge and very carefully packed. We will not be held responsible for shipping damages.

If for any reason the item is to be returned the buyer must obtain authorization from the seller before returning goods.

If an item is returned because it is not picked up at the post office, undeliverable, customer has moved etc... A refund will be issued less any postage and a restocking fee of 15%.

If you buy an item that is reserved for another person and I have to refund your money and restock there will be a $5 fee.

I will not cancel an order because you have changed your mind. Most items are package the same day and wait to go out for mailing.
