On this day in 1953, Peter Pan first came to theaters. To celebrate our love of Peter Pan, we wanted to create a Peter-inspired outfit set. Problem is, we had a hard time deciding between styles, so we made two.
The first one is slightly more tomboyish, a true testament to that little boy who doesn’t want to grow up. Nothing says anti-adult like some acid wash skinny jeans. It’s tough to pull off kelly green, but this over-sized Zara pea coat somehow works, and kind of reminds us of a little kid wearing a grownup’s jacket. Instead of a green hat with a red feather, we went for a jaunty red beret. Then there’s the Peter Pan-collared blouse, because, how could we not?

Second option is far more girly, but just as Peter Pan because of that collar. We took inspiration from Peter Pan’s boots, and instead of a feathered cap, added a feather bangle.
